Sea Ranch Restaurant Bar: A Seafood Lover's Paradise in South Padre Island, TX

We had an awesome New Year's Eve dinner at Sea Ranch! My Chilean Sea Bass was one of the best meals ever, and my wife loved her seafood enchiladas - so much shrimp and crab! We walked in without a reservation, they said 45 minutes, but the bar was packed, too. Luckily, we only waited 20-25 minutes. The service was amazing, everyone pitched in to make sure everyone was happy.

Food was amazing and the service was top notch. Great place. Beautiful atmosphere we will definitely go back when in town.

Very tasty food, fresh salad and bread. The service was on point, very friendly staff. The ambiance is very nice, the perfect place to celebrate something special. Took my mom for her 80th birthday.

Came here for our anniversary dinner. Arrived early to avoid the rush. We were seated immediately then greeted by our waiter Uzi. He took our drink order Jamaica Me Crazy for my wife and for me Cat. 5 Hurricane. We studied the menu while they made our drinks. There is so much sea food variety it was hard to choose but when Uzi came with our drinks We both ordered. My wife had their daily Special with clam chowder. The fish for her special broiled white fish mashed potatoes with shrimp and asparagus. I started out with 1/2 doz. Oysters Rockefeller with clam chowder and their small loaf of bread with butter. My entree was the Pirate Dan's. I could go on and on with this review but to shorten it I must say Everything was excellent Everything. After we were finished gorging ourselves Uzi packed our leftovers we paid the bill and were off. Just to let you know ahead of time the total for this dinner wasn't cheap not by a long shot. You better bring the unlimited Gold Card. BUT well worth it in our opinion.

This place lives up to all of the hype! The service, food, drinks and atmosphere is all one could desire for a great dinner on the island. It's suitable for families or date night. The seafood enchiladas were the best I've ever had and the Mexican martini was phenomenal. The servers really went out of their way to accommodate me. It's next to the marina so not much of a view, but the vibe more than compensates. Will for sure be back next time I'm in south padre for work!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary at Sea Ranch while staying on SPI. We had a view of the bayside. We shared a wonderful appetizer that included pan fried shrimp,diver scallop and oysters. My husband had grouper as a main course while I had coconut fried shrimp. Servings were plentiful. Baked potato was so large I took it back to the condo and ate it for lunch the next day. We shared carrot cake for dinner. Don't let the pricing scare you. Nowhere online does it mention that it comes with salad, rolls and a side. Our waiter was very attentive to us.
